These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the a1ee platform, including all gaming products, account services, payment facilities, and promotional offers available to registered players. Please read this agreement carefully before registering or using any a1ee service.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use a1ee. KYC verification is mandatory for all accounts. a1ee will close any account found to be held by a player under 21 without notice and void all associated balances.
Each player may hold only one registered a1ee account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals. This applies across all devices, browsers, and household members sharing the same payment method.
All bonuses on a1ee are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are published on each individual promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Withdrawals are processed in PKR via the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. a1ee targets a processing window of 2–5 minutes for JazzC ash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed same-day during standard banking hours in Pakistan.
a1ee is committed to safe play. Players may set PKR deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods at any time from their account dashboard. a1ee reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures on any account showing signs of problem gambling behaviour.
a1ee may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered players will be notified of material changes via email or on-site notification. Continued use of a1ee services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout the Terms & Conditions and any related policies published on the a1ee platform.
By registering an Account on a1ee, accessing any gaming product, making a deposit, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference herein, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or use any a1ee service. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms as of their stated effective date.
Participation in any a1ee gaming product is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. a1ee operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Every Account is subject to KYC verification, and a1ee reserves the right to request age-confirming documentation — including a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driver's licence — at any point during the Account lifecycle.
Each individual Player may hold only one registered Account on a1ee. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, a1ee will close all such Accounts, retain all associated balances, and may permanently ban the Player from the Platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of a1ee. Providing false registration details — including a false date of birth, fictitious name, or a payment method you do not own — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
a1ee accepts players from Pakistan. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gaming is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform, and that you are not a resident of any Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of a1ee is lawful in your jurisdiction. a1ee accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a1ee login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. a1ee will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You agree to notify a1ee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. a1ee accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
a1ee employs SSL encryption across all connections and offers two-factor authentication via SMS to all registered Players. We strongly encourage all Players to enable two-factor authentication as an additional layer of Account security.
a1ee supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions on a1ee are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). a1ee does not apply currency conversion fees on any supported payment method.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your PKR Wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited upon clearance by the receiving bank, typically within standard banking business hours. a1ee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 2–5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed same-day for requests submitted during Pakistani banking hours. a1ee reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in your Account settings and may be subject to change with prior notice. Withdrawals from Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. Any withdrawal request made prior to meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of any outstanding Bonus Funds.
a1ee does not charge Players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals via supported Pakistani payment methods. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider — if any — are outside a1ee's control and are your responsibility.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on a1ee are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times — specified per promotion — before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering contributions may vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
a1ee monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts, exploiting technical errors, using promotional funds exclusively on low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and systematic exploitation of free bet credits. a1ee reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to close the Account in question.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the time limit specified on the applicable promotion page will expire and be removed from your Account Balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All gaming products on a1ee — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, Bingo Adventure, and Fortune Bingo — are governed by the specific rules published within each game or game category. These rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
a1ee uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live gaming products. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by the Platform or any player. Live casino games are hosted by third-party studio providers whose dealing procedures are subject to independent audit.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during active gameplay, a1ee's records shall be the authoritative source for determining the outcome of any affected round or bet. a1ee will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputed gaming outcomes in a fair and timely manner.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using a1ee. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, text, graphics, and other materials available on the a1ee Platform are the exclusive property of a1ee or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any a1ee intellectual property without the express prior written consent of a1ee.
You are permitted to access and display a1ee content on your device solely for the purpose of using a1ee gaming services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a1ee shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the a1ee Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if a1ee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
a1ee's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
a1ee does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Players in advance where reasonably practicable.
a1ee is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all registered Players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming may become problematic, and we take our obligations to those players seriously.

You may request closure of your a1ee Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method. Bonus Funds and any wagering-restricted amounts will be forfeited upon Account closure.
a1ee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms; your Account is found to have been opened fraudulently; a1ee is required to do so by law, regulatory instruction, or court order; or a1ee determines that continued operation of your Account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue to apply after Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which a1ee operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of a1ee services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting our support team in writing.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process specified by a1ee's operating licence authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause limits a1ee's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
